I am here to help guide you on your holistic journey.

 I am a mental health advocate who concentrates on supporting my client’s nervous system through lifestyle changes, whole foods and supplementation. I believe our lifestyle practices play a huge role in our emotional state. I help women shift from darker days to healthier ways through nutrition, self-love and healthy routine. One of the tools I like to use when working with my clients is the practice of deliberate cold exposure and the value of emotional release. Please visit the events page for more info.

I promote whole, locally grown and organic foods, sustainable farming practices and the necessity of living in a non-toxic environment. I take all of this into consideration when preparing private event/retreat menus, creating new #brainbowl recipes and sharing my Improve Your Mood, Improve Your Food Lunch + Learn Program.
